Store policies



Please allow for 2 days handling time before it leaves our depot located in Camden NSW Australia. In most cases we will dispatch your goods on the same day pending your time of purchase.

We use Australia post to get the goods to your doorstep

We are happy to provide free shipping on all our items, however transactions outside of Australia will attract a small fee to cover extra cost of freight

Our delivery times vary pending your location – please got to the Australia Post website using our location Camden 2570 for an accurate delivery date. Remember to add 2 days handling time to make it more accurate.

Transit times are weekdays only so please allow for this

If you would like your shipment tracked please advise prior as this comes at an extra cost to you



You have 14 days to return goods that you are unhappy with due to faulty reasons or fitment only

You must contact us and advise the reason for the return



The item must be returned and we will cover freight costs if the item is faulty.

Please provide evidence of the faulty product by way of photo or brief explanation



If the item is the wrong fitment due to your error the freight costs back to us must be covered by you and sent back to us

If the item included free shipping trailbike parts will deduct the original freight costs incurred by us and deduct it from your refund

All items must be returned in its original packaging 

If the goods are damaged or marked your return will not be accepted


Please ensure you do your due diligence before purchase to ensure correct fitment of the product



Our aim is to get back in touch with you instantly or within 24 hours 7 days per week excluding public holidays like Christmas and new years breaks.
